Height of 6 to 10 meters.

Tree foliage deciduous or semi-deciduous, with simple leaves, silvery and pubescent on the underside. Presents flowers honey and wooden crates suitable for light.

It is a pioneer species tolerant of degraded areas and suitable for planting in mixed reforestation and areas of permanent preservation.

Its flowering occurs from October to December with small flowers and ornamental unimportant.

It grows very fast.
